In my experience, service at this branch did not meet expectations. A booked viewing was attended without the branch-held key. After a later viewing we discovered damage and, when reported with photos, the branch did not accept responsibility. The key was later handed to my named collector without any ID check. We did not receive the promised weekly updates, and when we asked to end the agreement early, the branch declined to release us from the contract. I have referred my complaint to The Property Ombudsman. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this estate agent.

Was looking to rent in the North Walsham area and used William H Brown to search. Cat was lovely, really helpful, took her time to explain things and went out of her way to help secure me a property. She was courteous, professional and really listened. I've been to agents before who were clearly only interested in money and not providing customer care so finding Cat was a revelation. I cannot recommend her enough.
