GoogleAll round great service from the Whitley Bay team at Pattinsons. I gave them a rental property to re let. I had been achieving £900 pm. They managed to let the property in less than a week for a whopping £1650pm. I will definitely be using them again and would thoroughly recommend their services.

Beth at Pattisons did a great job at selling our rental flat, she was always available, kept us up to date with progress of the sale and lovely to deal with. The only reason it's not 5 stars as the property took a little longer to sell than I would have liked, but that was no fault of the estate agent. Overall very happy. Thank you :)
