Excellent team at Pattinsons Gosforth branch espeacilly Kerri, they helped out with forms and scanning documents that were time sensitve even down to using their own phones when scanner played up, The Gosforth office based team are ahead of their game,friendly and genuine I would highly recomend that outlying offices look to them as an example to raise their own bar accordingly,

Very very poor on the rental side, don't return calls or emails, rude and unprofessional staff, clearly lack basic training. They seemed to have a very flimsy grasp of property law

I had the pleasure of dealing with the Gosforth branch very recently. They were excellent - friendly, helpful, efficient. Keri (and Katie) went out of their way to help me in very difficult circumstances. They were sensitive to my needs and went the extra mile which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again & can't recommend them highly enough.

Used tenant finder service. Promised the world and delivered an appalling service. No effective communication, lost keys, didn't seem in the least bit bothered about finding a tenant despite saying they would have one found within a week!

GoogleAdam at the North Shields branch has been very helpful throughout our ongoing house purchase. When we encountered a problem he helped us fix it and was available to speak to when needed. They stay up to date with your progress, but they aren’t overbearing.

Excellent service from Kimberley at the Washington branch. Very friendly, chased up the sellers to speed up the progress of the sale, returned calls and emails promptly and answered queries. On completion day eased the nerves that they sale would go through on that day.
