Washington branch, I arranged for Carly to value my property, she was on time and very efficient and was a very polite and knowledgeable young lady. Within hours the advert had been sent for approval and was live the next day, and everytime I've emailed with query shes responded promptly.

Pattinson is CRAP They let you view and when you ring to put deposit and etc down and they say u can’t do it because someone has put a deposit down already? Well why let me view then??

Bullying and lying agents, especially from the Auction department. Pretending not to hear or understand the questions. Misleading and dishonest. Be especially careful of Ian Weatherhead and Dean Florence.

The team I dealt with at Pattinson were amazing. As a first time buyer the process of buying a home was very daunting to me. The team were very helpful and patient with me and my 'many' questions.
