TrustpilotPattinsons worked wonders!
Pattinsons have dealt with the sale of our property and the whole experience was faultless. Every aspect was slick right up until completion. We had the house on the market within a matter of days, and offers came in almost immediately. From that stage onwards Carol worked so hard to chase solicitors and keep us informed at every step of the way. Thoroughly recommend them!

Beth at Pattisons did a great job at selling our rental flat, she was always available, kept us up to date with progress of the sale and lovely to deal with. The only reason it's not 5 stars as the property took a little longer to sell than I would have liked, but that was no fault of the estate agent. Overall very happy. Thank you :)

TrustpilotBlyth Team Are Best In The County.!
It's the second time I've dealt with the Blyth office, Louise, Linda and Terri all did a fab job. Very professional at every stage, they ensured that the property was sold at the best price for the seller and the vendor - it really was a win-win situation for all. A total pleasure to deal with and I'd have no problems at all in recommending them to others.

TrustpilotWe are relocating from the South East…
We are relocating from the South East to the North Shields area and the whole process of viewing and finding properties has been quite stressful. I’ve been dealing with 4 other agents but Pattinson’s North Shields have been nothing but accommodating and helpful arranging last minute viewings and sending things through quickly. I’ve dealt with both Adam and Ruth and they have made things easy. Totally recommend

TrustpilotExcellent service as always.
Very regularly deal with both the team at Washington branch and Charlotte Mason, at head office, for all my residential letting needs. They can never do enough, in terms of keeping in constant communication with progress and carrying out their role professionally and very efficiently. I would not take my business anywhere else.

We cannot recommend this estate agents enough! The customer service was 10/10 and were very professional throughout. They were in constant contact, informing us of updates and how they could assist us further. We would like to say a huge thankyou to Jan - who went (above and beyond) to help us through our completion. Thanks again to her and all the team.Clare & Kirsty Pearce-Dryden

I had the pleasure of meeting Carly from Washington Pattinson; as a newcomer to property investment, I was confused and knew very little about it, but she is very professional and helpful, and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
