We have always received a professional mortgage service through Giraffe Financial and have purchased using the property find service through Giraffe Lets, now utilising the fully managed tenancy service. As new landlords the support offered has been invaluable from sourcing and viewing properties through to guiding us through the inevitable ups and downs of purchasing buy-to-let properties. Whoever answers the phone or email is friendly, knowledgable and will always respond promptly. If you are looking for a lettings agency can’t recommend them enough - thank you!

Have used Giraffe for a few years now, using both their rental and selling services. I have experienced many companies claiming to provide the same service but none compare to Giraffe. Polite, professional and exceptionally proactive. As a landlord I’ve been using Giraffe Lets for some years. First for tenant finding and then adding in their full rental management service. Yes, I’ve taken a hit on income but it’s still the best decision I ever made. The increasing legal requirements of being a landlord mean the peace of mind is worth every penny. The service is superb. The team are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No question is too mundane, no request too minor to be dealt with quickly and efficiently. They are awesome. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

These people have made me so ill since moving in July 2015 now I'm trying to move with out them cumunicating with me and alway having to contact them they say I'm in a fixed contract but I've had advise from citizens advise that states I can move with 30 days notice and permission from the Landloard I've spoke to Landloard that gave me permission but since then I've had no feedback so my best advice to anyone DONT USE THIS LETTING COMPANY

Giraffe managed my let property for 2.5 years after I decided to move away, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They made everything easy, provided a great service and were always at the other end of the phone or email whenever I had a query. They were always extremely quick to support and find tradespeople to fix any repairs reported by my tenants and always provided a detailed inspection report after every visit. The team are extremely professional and treated me like I was their only customer, even though I only had one property registered with them. When I decided to sell my property, again Giraffe provided an exemplary service and we very quickly accepted an offer on our property. Throughout the sale they have been in constant contact, giving us updates and chasing Solicitors so that we didn't have to.
