Hobbs & Webb Estate Agents North Somerset reviews

We engaged Hobbs and Webb to organise the sale of my late mothers house. Carl and the rest of the team were very professional throughout, organising all viewings and keeping us informed of progress. This was especially important to us as none of the family are local to the area. Overall, we were very pleased with all aspects of the sale and well satisfied with both the speed of the sale and price achieved. We are happy to recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We engaged Hobbs and Webb to handle the sale of a semi-detached house in Uphill. From the first point of contact, throughout the process to completion of sale, our experience has been entirely positive. Our agent, Nick Webb, has been extremely helpful. His knowledge of the market and expertise were invaluable in decisions that we needed to make at the outset. The office staff have been courteous and efficient every time we phoned and the service generally has been excellent. I would highly recommend this agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Carl McWhinney and Demi-Leigh Lewis have both been highly professional and supportive to me throughout the sale of mum and dads retirement flat. Communication has been excellent and they have supported me as my parents power of attorney, giving me useful information along the way . Five Stars the whole way through the sale process ! I would like to thank you all for your outstanding efforts in selling my property. Whilst it turned out to be a protracted sale through no fault at all of yourselves. Caused by people further down the chain! Throughout the sale you supported me and gave me faultless reassurance. Your professionalism was outstanding and was reflected in the way you provided excellent sales knowledge whilst showing prospective buyers around my property. I and my family are absolutely delighted with both the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new! Keeping me updated with all the new properties coming on the market and taking into consideration all my very restrictive preferred criteria immediately. A great job all round. Thank you very very much for all your help!
