GoogleCarl successfully marketed my property and I was delighted with the sale price. He worked diligently during the complicated route to completion ensuring the grass was cut, the heating turned on, he read the meters and cleared the carpets. I was selling from 250 miles away and had excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending Hobbs and Webb.

GoogleWithout doubt, Hobbs and Webb are exceptional and I can't recommend them highly enough. Jordan Lyons dealt with the marketing of our property. He kept us up to date with how things were going , gave honest feedback from viewings, and went out of his way to help with other tasks outside of his remit e.g. finding a builder to help identify remedial that needed on the property. He is a man of integrity and completely reliable! Both he and Carl Whinney will do their utmost for you and you will be very well looked after while you navigate the stresses of trying to sell a property in such challenging times as these. They have been an absolutely fantastic agency, guiding us throughout the whole selling and buying process and ensuring the whole move went as smoothly as possible. We chose Hobbs and Webb because we knew and trusted Jordan and knew we would be very well looked after. This can be said for the whole team at Hobbs and Webb as they went above and beyond to ensure our sale progressed successfully. Jordan and Demi especially, were always at the end of the phone and email and did everything they could to move things along smoothly, gain answers to questions, liaise with solicitors and overcome any hurdles we were faced with.
