Buying a house is a daunting process, and choosing an agent can be difficult. We initially went with Hobbs & Webb because we know and trust Jordan. Things moved very quickly, and before long Demi was looking after us. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. You've got to remember that having an offer accepted is only the start of what can be an arduous process. Many agents will make the sale and sit back. Not Hobbs and Webb. Through every step of the process Demi was on the case, chasing solicitors and bashing the chain to move things along. I could tell she was on our side, and she went above and beyond to make the whole process as painless as possible. Do not be fooled by the promises of cheap online agents. It's so true that you get what you pay for, and you will regret it - just think, picking the wrong agent could mean you loose out on your dream home. I genuinely couldn't recommend Hobbs and Webb highly enough.

Jordan at Hobbs & Webb handled the sale of my mums house in a very professional and efficient way. From the very start of the process he explained everything and organised a number of things we had to get done at the outset of the sale. Having not sold or bought a property myself for 22 years the process had changed completely but Jordan was there when needed to explain things and get things done. Thanks to Jordan's hard work and organisation the house sold in less than a week and although it took longer to complete the sale than I first envisaged Jordan was always there to help when needed.
