They tell lies,phoned to see a rental,only would take phone number as waiting for keys,2 days later we asked if they had,said no and arranged a viewing,only to be told within an hour by voice mail had already gone,and when asked they said they don't do first come first served which obviously they had,or it had gone before being advertised,just blatant lied to us,would give no stars if able.

GoogleVery unprofessional, was told the flat I viewed had no interest, I then get told to offer 6 months rent in advance should seal the deal, filled out paper work only to get an email the next day saying they didn't know what was going on with the flat and they'd be in contact as soon as they find out, phoned several times and got pied off with ridiculous excuses asked for the landlord to contact me direct or to have landlords number myself got told they wouldn't do that and they'd be in touch and eventually a week later they left a voice mail saying the flat had gone- seemed like the agency had favourites and they got first dibs also the viewing was rather unprofessional she knew nothing about the flat and didn't say a lot just opened the door and let us look around only really spoke when talking about the money side. I'd personally avoid at all cost and will never bother with this company again.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleIf only I could give them 0 stars, unprofessional all about money money money. Turns up late to house viewing, happy to take the holding deposit really quickly but then slow to reply to emails or phone calls. After not even the full 15 working day had a call today to say the referencing company they use hasn’t got back to them and they can’t wait any longer. Maybe if they used a better referencing company, I explained I’ve done everything possible in my power to get it done quickly. However they much prefer to re advertise and take longer to find someone when the checks were going back to them today. Avoid at all great costs, shambles of a estate agent. I’ve lost out because of the slow Rent4sure’ company.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GoogleBought a house with bloxham in April, to get so close to completing before the stamp duty kicked back in to be told A DAY before that are vendors have bought somewhere at the start of September and Cherry never thought to tell us when she was told knowing this house sale had be going on nearly 7 MONTHS!? Especially being so far into a house purchase and she knew we wanted it done by August let alone September, she then said they wouldn’t move out for 3+ months then when was asked again if there was even a date and she said they wouldn’t tell her a date so another lie. The vendors refused to move out when the whole chain were waiting on them and everyone’s house sale fell through not that anyone at Bloxham cared. As if that wasn’t bad enough the next day bloxham and barlow put the house back on the market for 6 grand more than they sold it to me for?!? They don’t deserve the money from the house sale because they clearly only care about that and the vendors don’t deserve to sell their home again if they just string people along and waste people’s time and money! Good luck selling this property again with quite clearly very selfish vendors and little to no care from Cherry or Chris! Let’s hope they don’t screw anyone else over like they have us and our buyers!!

GoogleWe have recently sold my late fathers bungalow through Bloxham and Barlow. The service they offered is first class from start to finish. They were key in keeping the process moving and acted as a real go between with us, the buyer and both solicitors. Regular communication throughout the process and help offered where and when required was all key in reducing the time frame for the sale. I know the process would’ve taken several more weeks with their involvement. I have no hesitation in recommending Bloxham and Barlow and I would most certainly use them again. GoogleAfter looking to rent a property though Bloxham and Barlow I was vey disappointed in the manner I was spoken to. I am a working mum with three children and I was judged as being unfit to rent to. I am a professional with a degree in business and finance I hold me chartered bankers certificate and my certificate in mortgage advice and practice. I need to rent until my fiancé and I sell our five bed house as I. have relocated with work. He will be joining me eventually . You would think I would be a good tenant to have I cannot miss a payment as I could loose my job if I have delinquent debt. My credit rating is squeaky clean. I keep my home spotless the boys will be at school and nursery during the day. If you do not want to be judged. If you want to receive a good service from nice staff DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENT.

GoogleThis agent is so brilliant! Not only did they find a buyer for our bungalow really quickly but they helped smooth difficulties every step of the way. I think without them it would have taken at least a month more to move home, and we could easily have lost our new property in that extra time. The beauty of Bloxham & Barlow is that no-one passed the buck when we phoned if the nominated lead person was out on a call or a day off; instead everyone we spoke to (and at the ned of the day that was everyone in the Sales team!) picked things up and dealt with it immediately - this was why our move happened so well! It would be wrong to pick out one person because everyone contributed - thank you all for your help!

I rang/ popped into the office a few times and whoever I spoke to knew excatly what was going on with the sale. The staff were all so friendly and helpful it certainly made the process easier.
