We have removed ourselves from their valuation as they valued it about the lowest in our street, despite several home improvements including the addition of a utility room, downstairs cloakroom and an extended kitchen refitted about 4 years ago. I tried to reason with them but they were having none of it.

Zoopla haven’t got a clue! They valued my house reasonably closely to the real value. Then next door (we are a semi) was sold for around 20% more than the Zoopla valuation. Then Zoopla more than halved the value of our property. Twelve months on they have removed our valuation because they say they have nothing to base it on!

I felt he was conscientious throughout, friendly and went above and beyond supporting us with everything and was always there when we needed him. He would accommodate viewings out of office hours which for us was something we had never experienced before. I can’t recommend and thank him enough.
