Really happy with the service! We mainly work with Lianne, who is very friendly and amazing at her job. We've also had great experiences with Krishen and the rest of the team, they've all been fabulous. Would give below 1 star if I could. Absolutely the worst not just unprofessional but also rude, disrespectful and cheats vulnerable people. Raised issues to their director Lianne Woodhead who is even worse and a liar and manipulates what is said. Constant lies, fake invoices made to claim extra money. Blamed the tenant for rent not paid when the tenant had paid. Absolute frauds with no respect or work ethic and when points raised just cuts the phone and then shirks their responsibilities. Would highly advise to avoid and take business elsewhere. Not just unprofessional but horrible people. Added following response from them. I tried to complain via their procedures and was met with Lianne who would cut the phone, manipulate facts and not send the information. Its hard to take the complaint further when that is the boss and no point emailing as tried that for months to no avail. Their response is a standard response. Had to terminate business with them and lost money that they owed. Charged for work that wasnt done with no invoices provided. Flat was in an appalling state and did not manage the property at all just stole money. In the end had to cut our losses as never got the invoices nor retrieved money from them. They always stated the tenant was the issue but in fact the problem is with the estate agent. I guess you can't accept good service or for a company to be fair if their leader themselves is not providing a good fair service. It is appalling in this day and age that people like this continue to exploit the goodness of others.

In 30 years of business, I’ve dealt with some unscrupulous characters, and in the same token, been able to discern the more genuine ones. Amongst all of my experiences, with business Woodhead estate agent, are up there with the best. No flannel, no idle promises. They will tell you as it is, and give you a service that , in my humble opinion is refreshing. If you’re thinking of selling ( as I was) then I can’t recommend them highly enough. I rent my home through them and I have nothing but positive things to say about Woodhead and Co. From the first interaction to now, they have been nothing but fantastic! I closely liase with Lianne but have spoken to several others within the office and all of them are brilliant at communicating and ensuring effective and timely outcomes and they try their hardest to not affect mine and my husbands working hours. Upon them taking over as our letting agents, we highlighted several things that needed to be dealt with and we met on 31st October. Between then and now (End of December) they have sorted everything out, checked in after every appointment that a workman has come out to the property. Company is a joke, wouldn't give me my deposit back which I paid in cash, instead insisted that they transferred it into my bank account. So I confirmed my bank details- sort code/acc number 3 times on the call and they confirmed they transferred it into my bank. I checked my account 3 days in a row and the money had not gone in. Rang their office (5 times before someone answered) after a very difficult phone call with the woman on the phone she told me they had transferred the money to the wrong account and told me it was my fault and I had given her the wrong bank details. The woman on the phone wouldn't confirm to me what bank details she had transferred my money too for security?! They are now refuse to pick up the phone to me and when I visited their offices didn't even have the decentcy to come to the building reception and speak to me

Leaving one star is very generous. Extremely poor service. Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t provide good service. Lianne Woodhead does not care about her clients, in-fact drops the phone on them when they express concerns. Getting through to the office is a complete mission, but they won’t hesitate to call when rents due. We were told rent would cover the cost of repairing the house but have not seen any differences to this day. Hole in the living room floor. Broken garden fence. No wifi for two months, considering we’re second and first year University students who have assignments to complete. Kitchen window is also broken, neighbours have told us about reoccurring break ins and in late November, we witnessed a neighbour of ours get attacked and robbed on our street. LIANNE DOESN'T CARE. Mould in the bathroom. Old knickers and boxers falling out of the radiators. Used sanitary towels (tampon/pads) in the bedroom bins. Tumble dryers on its last legs. The fridge freezer is broken. Boiler is on the brink. Not to mention we were welcomed with skid marks in our toilet upon arrival. Now, since Woodhead and co don’t seem to care about our problems, we’ve decided to leave it on google for all current and future clients to see.

Great, speedy and caring attitude. Made me feel like a valued customer rather than a pain in their sides as other Agents have. I am very new to renting and Woodhead are the ONLY Agent who have been exceptionally helpful. I thank them for that and hope it continues. Until I moved in. House carpets had been cleaned, rest of house was filthy, items lots, not on inventory, items agreed not completed and I've had to get own trades in and pay upfront. Cleaned the house myself, replaced scaled up shower hose and head which a plumber had to remove as it was badly scaled up and ridged. Shower was thick in dirt and grease had to clean that myself just so we can get it in however my son hasn't showered because the doors are so awful. The shower is so weak its impossible to wash the soap off your body without staying in it 20 minutes. I've offered to contribute towards a pump but no one has said yes or no expect a lady in office today who said there's nothing wrong with it, obviously except its impossible to shower properly. Electric and water readings ere not done, advised no water meter when I saw it outside when I moved in, have advised them of this too. Oven was awful, filthy. Covid means clean, it wasn't cleaned and old tenants items left in house. So, I've had the shower doors replaced. Hence putting up star rating. Trades were fantastic, tidy, courteous and as far as I can.see a nice tidy job. Thank you

I recently used Woodhead And Co. to sell a leasehold flat. I was impressed with Lianne Initially on meeting her and her fee seemed very reasonable especially as she informed me there would be a £500 refund if on completion I made a video review. I agreed I would do this, She found a buyer quickly and the sale completed at approximately 10 weeks. I then asked about the video review and offered to make it. Krishen agreed to meet me but didn't after I waited in all afternoon. I then followed up with several emails to Krishen and Lianne but received no response and have been ghosted for over a week now. I am disappointed and would not recommend Woodhead And Co. on this basis.

We would like to thank the whole of the Woodhead&co team for all of their help with selling our flat! They have been outstanding from start to finish. We were recommended Woodhead&co from a friend. Lianne came round and completed the initial valuation which was fair and consistent with valuations from other estate agents and offered competitive fees. Krishen then came round and took processional high-quality photos of the property and created a floor plan and description which presented it in its best light. We anticipated a long wait before a sale due to the housing market at the time but Woodhead&co ensured this wasn’t the case so we could move forwards the purchase of our dream home. The team made sure that every question we had was answered promptly, honestly and no ask was ever too much. The team went above and beyond to fulfil all of our wishes. The sale completed with no problems arising and the team made sure we had a smooth and stress-free transition.
