We are moving to wellingborough from Newcastle booked for 2 viewings and travelled all the way to wellingborough and they said we mistakenly booked the viewing for next day when we contacted them. They apologised and asked to come to property for viewing at the same time today, as we get there she told they dont have key for one property as the mistake happened and she agreed to show the other one for now. When we go inside the property, we realised its all full. She is simply saying sorry for what happened landlord not informed us and filled the property. We only had those two bookings on that day simply trusted them travelled all day to Wellingborough felt so bad about it and went back. Very unprofessional agents, no communication in their team members as well as their landlords.. wasted our time, money and energy. We would like to thank the whole of the Woodhead&co team for all of their help with selling our flat! They have been outstanding from start to finish. We were recommended Woodhead&co from a friend. Lianne came round and completed the initial valuation which was fair and consistent with valuations from other estate agents and offered competitive fees. Krishen then came round and took processional high-quality photos of the property and created a floor plan and description which presented it in its best light. We anticipated a long wait before a sale due to the housing market at the time but Woodhead&co ensured this wasn’t the case so we could move forwards the purchase of our dream home. The team made sure that every question we had was answered promptly, honestly and no ask was ever too much. The team went above and beyond to fulfil all of our wishes. The sale completed with no problems arising and the team made sure we had a smooth and stress-free transition. We recommend Woodhead&co to anyone looking for an estate agent and we will definitely be using them for any sales in the future. Very poor customer service. My friend was looking to rent one house. I ring the Agensy and was asking if the house are still available they said yes its is I was asking if there is aloud with pets they said yes there should not be any problems and then they make the appointment next day to view the house they show two houses what was available my friend liked second house and they was planning to rent that house but we didn't know if the second house are aloud pets and we was asking if there is aloud with pets the agent told that they have to call the landlord to ask if he will be happy accept the pets to be in his house, and agent told us they will contact us in afternoon and will tell us what landlord said about pets. We was waiting for a call but they did not ring back and I was calling three times but no one was answering my call... Really disappointing if they did not like something they should call and tell that but they was making people to waitNegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Nice guy who see us shame about the property we are now living in. A second viewing would of been a decision changer after work was supposed to be carried out before we moved in. Window handles downstairs are not even on the windows. Question is if someone breaks into the house and steals stuff whose paying for it. Shocking

Lianne helped to find properties within our budget, carried out viewings, did all the research about the location. Within 2 days of completion, Lianne had tenants ready to move in. All maintenance, regulatory and DIY issues to make the property rentable were addressed quickly. Anyone looking for a stress free service to help with buying and/or renting need to speak to Woodhead & Co (especially if you are not from the local area).
