We went through the process of buying our first house and had absolutely no clue where to start. Jade was assigned to us and was amazing! She was incredibly patient, kind, welcoming, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble which was super helpful when we had so many questions. We also used Reece Maddison for our mortgage advise. Reece was amazing. Reece made us feel very at ease and relaxed even when talking about such mind bogling things such as finance. Reece would always answer our emails or phone calls promptly. As this was our first time buying we were new to everything and the whole process, Reece talked us through everything, made sure everything was affordable for us and was always on the look out for the best deal for us. We really couldn't have done this without him! Thank you so much to Jade and Reece for making the whole apparently stressful process, really easy and somewhat relaxed!

Jordan really helped us get answers and was on the case for chasing everyone she was able to in our chain. I found a rental property online and…

I found a rental property online and asked for a viewing. The property was located over 100 miles from my residence and as a consequence of this the employee said that they had a recent video of the property, she sent it to me and it looked amazing so I put in an offer. Contracts were exchanged and then on the day of moving the agency contacted me to inform me that the cooker had been condemned and had to be removed from the property and that the landlord was now refusing to buy a cooker and that they were not required to provide one. As you can appreciate at this stage I was very upset, however the agents said they would get back to the landlord to see if she would change her mind. The contracts had already been exchanged and the landlord was refusing to honour her side of the agreement on the moving day when the arrangements had been made and I had moved out of my current home. I would not use this company at all they have no common decency and to add salt to the wound I have to take them to court to get my money back for the E first months rent and deposit because they think that I should be held to the fixed term contract and be liable for paying the rent nevertheless! Do not trust this company!!!

Do not use this estate agent

Do not use this estate agent. They did not act in our interest and quite openly attempted to bully us into selling our property at well under the market value. We had a ridiculous offer, which they just expected us to take. Zero effort made to push the property after the offer.
