I've just completed a tenancy application/process with William H Brown and cannot speak highly enough of them, especially Kane. From the initial enquiry to moving in, he has been excellent - queries and questions were answered promptly and fully. Nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to make sure I fully understood what was happening and what needed to be completed, and when. Kane is an absolute credit to William H Brown. I would absolutely recommend both the company and Kane to potential tenants and landlords

I had a very sudden move from Edinburgh to Norfolk area and was so overwhelmed. I booked a viewing where I met Kane who answered all of my questions and provided further context to the house and information about the area. I applied for the flat right then and there. Kane called me just a few hours later that I was accepted and he sounded just as excited as I was! I cannot recommend this branch of William H Brown enough. From the moment I called up and registered with them to view a property they had listed for sale I was impressed. I booked viewings for 2 properties and Beth any showed me round both. She was a great mix of friendly and also giving space to have a look round. There was no rushing and she answered all queries I had and also went to the sellers with a question I had and got back to me really promptly. I also had a call from the branch mortgage advisor who was a lovely guy, I didn't catch his name. He wasn't remotely pushy just provided useful information and assistance. Bethany worked really hard in securing my offer, to put this into context this was all last knockings on a Friday with lots of back and forth. I was so impressed. I highly recommend the North Walsham branch of William H Brown.

My experience with Kane and Tom in the lettings team in North Walsham has been faultless. They worked tirelessly to ensure my property was marketed and ready to go. I had tenants in within a week and was supported and updated by both throughout the process. Both Tom and Kane are professional, relatable and are highly experienced and knowledgeable in their field. I felt so confident with them I opted for the fully managed package due to being away for work a lot. To do this was a massive change and initially I was concerned about being hands off with the process. Kane and Tom quickly built a great professional relationship and entrusting them with my property was definitely the correct decision! From the initial contact with Tom, I felt listened to and was guided through all the paperwork and admin required. What appeared to be a massive job was made easy and quick. Once the property was on the market Kane ensured he kept me in the loop with daily updates as to the interest we had, ensuring I was always aware of what interest was coming in. Within a couple of days they were at the property doing viewings and putting applications forward. Even after this Kane managed to orchestrate the whole move-in quickly and efficiently to minimise the time my property was empty, all stress free for me I was informed of the option to choose rent and legal protection for my property and have found that it has given me extra peace of mind and security. If you’re looking for an effective, professional and personable team to get your property let, Tom and Kane in North Walsham are definitely the team for you!

With my mother unexpectedly going into a care home, at her request, I contacted Willam H Brown to sell her bungalow as she had bought it from them over 30yrs ago!!
