GoogleFin showed around a property at very short notice. He was there on time to meet us, and was very helpful throughout the viewing answering any questions we may have had. He followed up the appointment by making contact with mortgage brokers as promised. Would recommend.

GoogleWe recently dealt with Minors & Brady Norwich to sell a rental property and couldn’t be more impressed. They were very professional from the first contact with them. A big shout out to Connie Staff who handled the sale of the property - really well organised professional and so easy to deal with. Connie set up a viewing schedule that met everyone’s needs and was also sympathetic to the existing tenants. It was certainly all to her credit that we had a strong list of interested viewings and also secured a sale price well beyond our original expectations. An all round excellent customer experience for us and many thanks to Connie for a brilliant job! Highly recommended!

GoogleThe is the first time I have used this company, and I researched around before choosing them. I have been very impressed with their exposure and fast capture of a tenant for my property. Samuel Carpenter, the letting agent, was particularly helpful and clear over the details and conditions necessary to rent out my property. This is important as you need clarity for both yourself and a potential tenant. I have been a landlord before and had used other local estate agents, so have some past experience with letting a property. Therefore, I wanted to ensure that I chose an agent who would be both supportive to both parties and ensure that all of the rules and conditions were adhered to protect the tenant and landlord. This was all clearly explained together with the agents service charges. Finally, I checked the main online property pages to view my property and was again impressed with the professional layout and attractive presentation. This was all quickly mounted on to the websites having finalised the arrangements with Sam. Good effort by the team and especially Sam Carpenter and I had a tenant inside the property within 3-4 weeks. I would highly recommend them to both relatives and friends.

GoogleFirst time using Minors and Brady, I’m new to the area and I’m always a little hesitant about which agents to approach regarding properties. Saw a lovely cottage on their website, rang them up and was greeted very politely and kindly to a chap called Steven, he booked me in very quickly and with no faffing around which was brilliant. The following day viewed the property with Steven and I was greeted with a warm smile and a nice firm handshake. He was very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas and very happy to help where needed. So far Minor’s and Brady have been very helpful between all the team. Would highly recommend Minor’s and Brady.

GoogleI have dealt with a few Estate Agents for letting my properties in the past but my recent experience with Minors & Brady Estate & Lettings Agents is the best so far. Samuel Carpenter who is allocated to deal with the process is the most organised and polite estate agent I have ever come across. He guided me through the entire steps and provided all the documentations that are necessary, answering all my queries in a professional and timely manner. The reason is because of the after sales support from Gina Page who went above and beyond to support us through a stressful time. From our first interaction, Curtis was passionate, professional yet personable and showing a deep understanding of the market. He guided us through the valuation and listing process with clarity and confidence, ensuring our home was presented at its absolute best. His advice was always honest and well-informed, keeping me reassured every step of the way. His communication was excellent, always keeping me updated. Rosie was equally fantastic, responsive, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything stayed on track. Her can-do and jovial attitude made a huge difference, Together, Curtis and Rosie made a great team. Their genuine care, efficiency, and dedication made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. I feel they over priced my house, then within a few weeks I was told I should drop the price, then a few weeks later I was told I should drop the price again ( and each time it was because I'm missing out on the low price market of buyers) utter rubbish, they get there fee of £3600 no matter what they sell your house for, I felt bullied into knocking the price down, I waited for my contract of 5 months to be up and I couldn't wait to change my agent, avoid this company, they don't care as long as they get their high fee

So pleased with Minors and Brady especially Kyle who went well above and beyond what he had to do to help get my house sold. More than that he negotiated with the vendors agents of the house I wanted to purchase to secure my dream home.
