Dreadful. Won’t name the staff member and manager but the former stuffed up and the latter gaslit me saying I was bullying and harassing (assertive woman, can’t have that!). I would think twice about selling your property with these guys - they put off a genuine cash buyer through their rudeness and inability to apologise for their mistake. (Independent witness to manager conversation would confirm my version).

GoogleHouse hunting in North Norfolk and we've had three viewings with Finley from the Minors and Brady Wroxham office. I have to say this young man has been great. Each time he has been at the property to greet us. He has been knowledgeable regarding the property and able to answer most of our questions. GoogleDisappointing service! We had been trying to buy a holiday lodge for almost 2 months via this estate agent . No conveyancing needed, no solicitors etc so it should have been a really quick and easy process. We felt like because it wasn’t a house purchase that it wasn’t as important (every excuse from the sellers too according to Minors & Brady!). Questions asked took ages to be responded to, things that were advertised as included they said seller wanted more money for after offer accepted. Broke confidentiality and told us about the sellers personal situation and how it was affecting the sale!! Many times when I called to speak to after sales she was on another line and either got someone else to call back with limited information or called herself sounding bored, disinterested or annoyed! The park site where the lodge was on was lovely but sadly we went elsewhere because we didn’t want to wait until summer next year to be able to start our holidays which it was looking more likely when dealing with Minors and Brady! Thinking of buying a holiday property through them, go elsewhere than this estate agent! To your reply, no thank you I don’t want to discuss anything further! Changing terms after an offer is not accepted, the lodge was advertised with integrated appliances, furniture on your advertisement but then an inventory was sent by Cass stating the sellers wanted more for these??

Lying, arrogance, rudeness. Where do I start? Very pleasant young lady Ellen who showed us round the property and was extremely helpful. However, once Ange had left, it all went to pot. The people who took over were so rude. When all the contracts had been exchanged and the money had changed hands at midday. We didn’t get a call to pick up keys until 1440 hours. We are in our 60s it was a complete disaster trying to get everything out of our property. We couldn’t hire a company to move us as the moving date kept changing. We had two days notice to move. Would NEVER EVER in a million years go anywhere near this company in my lifetime and I suggest others think carefully about it too. I have worked for the NHS many years and if I spoke or behaved the way these people did I would have been sacked.

I was assigned a property manager named Rich when I joined M&B, and from the very beginning he's been fantastic! He keeps me updated at every turn, gets things done when he says he will, and is generally a blessing as I can't be there every week! Rich puts my mind at rest - I'd give him a pay rise if I could!

This estate agent has got to be the worst ive ever encountered...... even half a star rating is way too much for this minors & Brady bunch . Their sales men welcome you in with million doolar smiles allegedly owners son he shows u the property...... pass the sale onto A so called other sales man Theo they sell u a dream ... sell ur home 🏡 and we shall reserve this for you 3 4 5 months when ur ready we complete then just as I almost sold my property bang Mr Brady bunch Theo gets another sales woman to deliver the bad news we've sold ur plot to someone else they offered us 1k deposit and £10k more than what u were offering all this by phone call ..... really ? They sell u a dream and almost potentially left me homeless 💔 wow really . Then had the odacity to call 📞 me again it fell through do u want plot 26 again he'll no told him to keep it . AVOID NORFOLK MINORS & BRADY BUNCH At all cost unless u want to be homeless then ur in right place good luck on that one 👍 👌🏾

I can't honestly thank Minors and Brady enough for the outstanding job they've done for my daughter and son in-laws new home purchase! The personal touch they gave to their journey was absolutely amazing and far beyond what was expected. They helped my daughter and son in-law navigate through some huge obstacles, which made a really stressful situation and near mental breakdown just bearable. Biggest acknowledgement to 2 fabulous people Jessica Kemp and Dan whom without there professionalism and empathy, i fear this deal would never of probably happened.
