Worst company ever sold house no contact waited 12 weeks buyer pulled out connells did not even know. Sold agin waited 4 weeks to tell my solicitor worst customer sevice ever. Not suprised to see so many sokd signs as they aint intrested unless the sale is worth over 250000. Not enough money in it for them.

Do not use this terrible letting agency. Staff are rude and unequipped to help. I have had major issues with my property since I moved in and three months later no nearer getting them sorted. Really bad service. Will never use them again and will get out of my contract as soon as I can.

Wouldn't let me view a property as I wasn't selling my house with them, and told me unless I let them sell my property I wouldn't be aloud to view any of there properties, they are bullies and only want to take money/make money from you.

This company think it's ok to heavily leaflet properties where it states clearly on the letter box no leaflets junk mail etc - After calling their Exeter office for the 3rd time the guy pretty much told me it wasn't junk mailing and wanted my address , rude . These get out straight in the bin

Connells came to value our house as we were thinking of moving. I had a few agents look at the property, and think they came up with the fairest market evaluation. We changed our mind about selling due to the pandemic, but I found them to be fairly professional.

One of their surveyor keep devaluing all his property reports. Have reported to RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) about this matter. This company should be banning on business! They charged huge amount of money to run homebuyers report and then taking micky out of it!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff at the Queensway branch are appalling and unwilling to help! Constant problems but just brush their hands off. Half of them have no idea idea what they are doing and very unprofessional. Will never use them every again!

I have never encouter more rude and incompetent so called estate agents. I tried to view a house but the agent never called to tell me that the landlord cancelled. Than Ash turned up at the wrong house for the next viewing. Landlords please avoid Connells estate circus with plenty of clowns.

If I could give 0 stars I would.Had my flat on the market with Connells for 6 months and it was the worst experience of my life.Would conduct viewings without telling me.Would leave our front door unlocked.Tried to push me to take an offer way below what I wanted. Arrogant staff.Avoid!

Very poor valuation. Took over 4 weeks for information to be passed onto mortgage lender. Lender advised out IfA that the valuer had used 'outdated terminology ' that lenders no longer use and he would not clarify any points in a timely fashion leading our 'portable ' product to run out of time. Poor professionalism

Awful service. Have rented my house through connells for the last year. The service was so bad it putt me off renting it out again. No communication. I had to chase up inspections. Rent payments. Was over changed for work they carried out. It's been a year of pure hell

We asked for a survey with option, to cover any risk. When we moved in we discover on one window, the double glazing was not sealing and the window was full of humidity between the glasses. They replied their check is done on a sample of window not all of them.For this we paid £700.

Winchester lettings are utterly incompetent and I believe corrupt. I am a landlord, Connells collect the rent but then don't pass it on to me, currently the rent is 23 days late despite the tenant paying on time. The lie, lie and lie. Please go elsewhere. Certainly don't even deserve 1 star

I am sick of being harassed by this company. Despite telling them numerous times to stop calling me they continue to call from different branches. The advice we received wasn’t up to scratch so we went with someone else but it doesn’t stop Connells calling every other day.

Terrible company who tried re build a previous chain after agreement of a new sale. Thankfully we was one step ahead of connells and there plans didn't go as they had planned. Terrible branch very deceitful. Would not be buying or selling through them again.

Very disappointed with the way our house purchase was handled. During a very stressful time of lockdown/covid I felt the communication was either non-existent or aggressive and accusatory. Things did improve once the office manager became involved but it was a shame it had to escalate to this point.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
