GoogleWas really pleased with the service provided by Connell's. They were efficient, thorough and always kept us in the loop. The viewings were carried out professionally and came up with very reliable buyers which is all we can ask for. Jodie, Imogen and Craig at Connell's were all lovely to deal with also very professional. Would certainly use Connell's again.

Terrible. . Worst service no help with problems and when we moved out completely on landlords side when demanding 100% of deposit even though we had left condition the same. Items listed on inventory that did not come with property the reason. In the end gave up as stressing us out. No care given to the customer only landlords. Will never use again.

Awful. Do not use these guys to sell your house. I was actually told that they would not allow me to view property simply because I did not want them to send me further sales paraphernalia. If they were selling my house and I found out that they had turned away a cash buyer I would be furious. AVOID!

A letting agent from Connells in Exeter spoke to me on Friday morning and had photos of my property advertised on Rightmove by that afternoon.By Monday morning the lettings team had organised an open afternoon with five viewings for the Wednesday. They have been incredibly professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Insulting, absolute clowns (estate agents words, not mine). Surveyed our property and valued it at 165k, even though we had 3 bids over 180k (181k and 2 at 186k). They have caused the collapse of the sale and the other bidders have moved on. I will not let them near our property again.

Connells have been disappointing at every turn. They were supposed to find me young professional tenants but they found me students. They have cost me time and large amounts of money and have done absolutely nothing positive.

I just moved In from another country and approached Connells regarding renting, I was misguided and a huge amount of money was taken by the connells which they did not pay also they have been dragging the case since the past month. Because of the misguidance I was homeless. I would say never pay the Connels unless you are sure about the deal.

Horrendous experience with connells longwell green. Items of huge sentimental value went 'missing' after one of their members of staff entered the property. Didn't give a stuff about the theft when confronted. And have done virtually nothing to find the missing items. Horrendous

Booked a couple of viewings with their Swindon office for the properties they are selling, received texts to confirm the bookings and both times at last minute they ring to tell that they don't have time to show the property what a waste of time they are, losing clients and possibly losing a sell.

i have sold thru connells recently and let a property out thru them - never again!!! plenty of hidden costs and the initial payment doesnt cover what you think it does. service was terrible and patronising - they need to seriously rethink their business ethics and retrain their staff - very money hungry!! do it yourself or choose a smaller company

I wouldn’t even give one star. They have unlawfully charged us for a check in inventory despite not providing us with one - leaving us v vulnerable as landlords. Continually having to chase for response. Put in a formal complaint and almost 3 months later and a number of emails later - still no resolution or even a response.

From the sale of my property through to the completion of purchasing my new home, every member of staff was helpful. ****You have been warned**** please don't trust them, we put in an offer for a property the offer was accepted only if we used their own solicitors, Samantha the agent told us that if we use our own solicitor then the price would go up by 2k. Have informed ombudsmen and they need to look in to this practice.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this agent at all costs!!! They appear to either be completely oblivious to their already abysmal reputation or simply care little to do anything to change it. This agent will do little or nothing to keep you informed throughout the sales process and employ dated and/or verging on unethical sales practices to achieve their desired outcome.

I saw on Connells website a house I was very interested in buying. I kept calling them EVERY DAY to arrange a viewing. Spoke last on the phone with them today and being told they will call me back (same thing said few days ago) and no one did. Absolutely shocking. Worst estate agency.

Letchworth Branch Worst ever experience of an estate agent. Agreed purchase of property and was awaiting vendor to find somewhere. Then saw property back on market, no communication from agent but told I was still preferred buyer. Then property taken off market completely but again not advised by agent. No apologies or consideration shown at all. Do not trust this company.
