I have encountered better customer service from people working on checkouts .These characters will twist their encounters with you to suit their agenda often denying what they have said.And I had thought used car dealers were dodgy.

Constant Lies. Throughout every process I was lied to, they are more focused on selling extra life insurance than your mortgage. I would never use them again for a mortgage adviser or buying a house.

Administratively incompetent. Sadly the CoOp (my Freeholder) use these clowns as their managing agent. Every single invoice I get from them is incorrect and requires call after call to get fixed. Utterly useless.

I TRIED TO BUY A PROPERTY THROUGH CONNELLS ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO MY EXPERIENCE WAS ABSOLUTELY DISASTROUS.WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO USE CONNELLS .THEY WERE FORCING ME TO USE THEIR SOLICITOR AS WELL AS MORTGAGE ADVISOR.TERRIBLE
