GoogleAndrews North Cheam managed our concerns with Covid safety unlike other local agents whos Covid activities came across a little dubious and unclear. Andrews provided me with their full Covid policy before their visit and it was very clear and explained during our valuation. When I asked other agents that visited us about Covid, one very well known agent told me that they are just careful with no explanation on how viewings are managed or how buyers are vetted to stop time wasters plus they told that they would conduct and open day but having reserched the government's guidelines open days are not allowed confused.com. I was re assured by Andrews about the process of selling my home with virtual viewings first then a full viewing after once interest was shown with viewings taking place under strict control. I liked the honesty on price and the marketing with the virtual tours and videos to help me sell during these uncertain times and we found a buyer within a few weeks. I have recommended Andrews to several of my friends who are looking to sell and I thank the team for their efforts so far.

GoogleI had the pleasure of meeting Daniel at a property for sale today. The viewing was simply fantastic! Not only did Daniel show us round the property extremely well, he knew everything there was to know and was extremely friendly, professional and prepared. I have met many estate agents so far on my search but young Daniel stands out as the best by a country mile! Very very impressed.

Julia Francis in particular worked incredibly hard to make our move happen. The manager David and Matt played crucial parts in getting us over the line. GoogleAfter viewing houses with them as a potential buyer, I decided to move the sale of my home to them over the previous agent. Im so glad I did. They are very professional, and extremely good at emailing and calling with updates, meaning I always knew what was happening, and when, and I didnt have to chase them for updates! Having had a sale fall through last year with a different agent, I was concerned about doing it again, but they made the process transparent, and relatively stress free. (no one can completely eliminate moving stress!) Matt, Julia and Tracey often went well beyond the norm to get the sale over the line, and make sure the chain ran smoothly and efficiently, caring about the outcome for my family and I. I would recommend them over any other agent in the area, and have done to others I know of moving home! They are definitely different in a positive way to the perception of estate agent! Thank you to you all.

GoogleI would recommend Andrews at north cheam as i had a very professional service from the team,mainly Julia Francis and Tracy they worked well with me from the beginning of my journey to the end. The team are very friendly and helpful and i always felt i could pop into the office or they were at the end of the telephone if i needed to speak to them. The whole team work very hard and want the best outcome for there customers. I had great professional pictures taken of my house from Andrews and the web site is very easy to use . Paula Walters

The process of selling and buying has not always been easy or straight forward but they have been helpful, calm and patient (especially when we have not been!) They are so experienced and have managed to explain things so clearly to us that we actually understand! Always at the end of the phone and constantly ringing around for us. GoogleThe team at Andrews North Cheam recently assisted with both the sale of my property and also purchase of a new property. Every single member of the team was always friendly, helpful and provided guidance when required. Julia specifically handheld both the Sale and Purchase working tirelessly to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner (the whole process only took 3 months, made more impressive as it was over the Christmas and New Year period) and all parties remained happy with progress every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend using Andrews, and specifically this branch, for all your property needs.
