GoogleStay away from these time wasters! They took my £500 deposit and turns out the property doesn't even have a valid Help To Buy scheme. Do Not Buy From Them!

Hi Shap, thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you're unhappy with the service provided. The £500 fee was non-refunable, the document stating this, was signed at the start of your buying process. The property in question does have a valid Help-To-Buy scheme and as it was nearing the end of the tax year, this process took a little longer than usual. Thanks

They follow strict procedures when it comes to securing the flat/house but in return you know that you can trust the agency and that you can count on them if you need anything.
