Moved in to my beautiful new Hopkins home in Barrow three weeks ago.Alison in sales was so helpful and informative during the purchase etc.And since moving in the site managers John and pat have been so helpful with any questions or advice I need, so friendly and helpful.I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending my friends and family to buy a Hopkins new home.

The friendly professional service i have received from the sales team i cannot fault. They have taken time to listen to my personal needs which helped me to be able to purchase my property. I've recently purchased a new build on Kingsfleet estate. I'm very happy with our home and location. Our sales consultant is very kind and made us feel very welcome. She's been extremely helpful with any questions or concerns we've had. The site team has also been very professional and helpful.

We moved into our new home 2 years ago,very well build,only few slags which they sorted out whenever they are formed. The only downside is our garden is rather small which wasn't very clear on the plans when we reserved and there is no electricity in our double garage which i find odd as our neighbours garage have electricity. Overall Good!

If you want something is very very very slow. Don't buy extras , use your own Solicitor not one from their list. Only rated as 1 star as nothing lower.

Like the house but the aftercare which they state they provide “exceptionally” is non existent. We have been chasing them up weekly for a year now to get things addressed, they keep promising to get it done but haven’t actioned anything. It’s beyond frustrating and has tarnished our experience with them

We are in the process of purchasing a house from Hopkins Homes, Beccles.Although my wife and I live in Milton Keynes we have been in constant contact with Grace. Absolutely disgusting service from the site in Wymondham Norfolk, would have more luck trying to get in touch with the international space station. Problems do not get sorted. Feel very let down. Would fully recommend no body to buy a place from these rip off merchants. Unfortunately the lowest rating is 1 star they deserve none.

All very professional, willing to go the extra mile throughout the process and moving in. House has very few issues for the snagging list and impressed with the extras and attention to detail.
