We felt thoroughly supported throughout the process, with members of the team going above and beyond our expectations with regards to communication, this was much appreciated during the uncertainty of the covid-19 pandemic where restrictions were imposed. They ensured everything ran smoothly and safely with viewings and in progressing our sale. I highly recommend this team for all your property management needs. Special thanks to Melissa who was an absolute star throughout, but especially during a difficult patch with our purchase of a property up with another estate agent, I’m sure I would have thrown in the towel if it wasn’t for her unwavering support and kindness, seeming to know exactly when I needed a phone call to keep me going.
