GoogleAs a family we have used Aldreds a few times now. Louis kept us updated and always responded to emails and phone calls promptly. Special mention for Melissa who supported me when things got difficult and to Dan who was our point of contact at the beginning. Would recommend and would use again. Thanks everyone.

GoogleOur house selling experience with Aldreds hasn’t been the easiest and we have been thrown a lot of challenges and situations along the way. We had lost hope with Aldreds. (3 stars) Since Melissa came along during our multiple failed chains and lack of communication previously. The whole process has been better with Aldreds. She has been the rock we both needed. She has put up with our frustration and tears during this process and remained a steadying strength behind us. We can’t thank her enough for what she for has done for us both. Giving us the chance to buy our dream and forever home and move into a new chapter with our lives. She has simply been amazing and we shall miss her. Thank you Melissa for you all she has done for us. (5 star)

GoogleI’ve dealt with a few estate agents over the years and we’re very impressed with Aldreds. All the staff are polite and professional. Melissa Richeda dealt with our purchase. I have to say she went above and beyond for us. Melissa is very productive and doesn’t leave any stones unturned. She pushed and pushed for our purchase to exchange even when it wasn’t her job to do so. She communicated with all solicitors/venders and us. She kept up updated every step of the way. Melissa works to a very high standard and I have to say I’ve never come across an agent that works as hard as she has. Thank you Melissa you have been absolutely amazing and you’re an asset to Aldreds. Mrs and Mr Duggan.

GoogleI have had a nightmare trying to move houses, My gratitude goes out to Louis at the Gorleston office, this guy is amazing. Louis was the Negotiator for the sale of the property we were buying. He moved mountains for us to complete on our date, and went back and beyond to ensure we were kept up to date on all the information more than all the other parties involved. We cant stress enough what a top guy he is. Just wish in we completed the process with him. Thank you Louis we really appreciated you going the extra mile for us. Aldreds are lucky to have you on there team.

GoogleFantastic service! Louis was fantastic and well organised from the start. We told Louis what we needed and how we needed it to be done based on how busy we were. He done this brilliantly, making sure all potential buyers met the things needed (ie already sold, AIPs sorted) which really helped massivly. Communication was brilliant, letting us know what was happening and when, so we could have one less thing to worry about. Was very supportive on our ideas and kept us in the loop in regards too the chain has to what was happening with the chain! highly recommended!

Very efficient at getting the property marketed with great presentation of the details and photos. The team kept me up to date with viewings and feedback. Louis was invaluable in communicating every viewing, advising and helping us negotiate a final deal and getting the sale over the line. GoogleThe team at Aldreds have been fantastic for us from start to finish! Moving house is stressful enough, but they were great with communicating at each step of the process, and with chasing up on any delays. We have to give a special mention to negotiator Louis Sansom Williams, who has clearly built great working relationships with local solicitors and the like to help smooth out and progress sales and purchases for customers; I think Louis was as thrilled as we were to realise our dream move!

GoogleWe purchased our new home through Aldreds in Gorleston and we truly cannot recommend them enough, they were absolutely perfect throughout the whole process - I was kept informed at every step of the way, they were more than happy to help with every question and query we had. Special mention to Eleanor Meadows who helped us with everything from making our first offer through to the confirmation of exchange. Duly noted during contract break down and buyers pulling out. We were kept updated every step of the way, with information being readily disseminated by Katharine, Eleanor and Beatrix as and when required. Found all involved to be very helpful and their assurances that 'we' would get there in the end, rang true. Thank you Dan and the whole team for making our experience as selling a house can be.

Not only would she answer all my emails promptly, but would also send me regular updates and check in with me. GoogleA few years ago we rented our Mother’s bungalow and had a nightmare experience. We felt that we needed a change of agents. Human touch from Dan Crawley from the start as he fondly remembered our Dad. In the 2 years we they have managed the property the letting team have been outstanding and have over-exceeded our expectations. David McMaster has been diligent reliable and a huge source of comfort. Nothing has been too much. The we decided to sell and we became introduced to Louis Sansomwilliams. Louis tenaciously sold the property twice and showed resilience and tenacity as the first sale was very new ground for him and indeed us. He handled that and my frustrations politely and skilfully. That sale was overtaken by another interested party again handled by Louis. Hats off to Dan for such a great team(s) couldn’t recommend any higher.

We never once felt pushed or pressured, which was a refreshing change compared previous experiences with other agents in the area.
