GoogleI sold my property and purchased another through UPS. Louise was extremely helpful through out the process and provided regular updates on the sale and purchase processes. I fully recommend Louise and the UPS Newtownards team for property sales and purchases as from my personal experience they offer an efficient service and made the process very easy. GoogleThis was my 10th house sale since 1980 and have used various Estate Agents during that time. UPS Newtownards have been by far the most professional courteous supportive and patient Estate Agent we have ever used. From the initial valuation to arranging viewings they were brilliant. All the staff we dealt with kept us updated. Owen, Anja and Mandy in particular were 'excellent' in every way. A pleasure to do business with. I Recommend 100%

GoogleMy wife and I have been searching for some time for our ideal waterfront property on the shores of Strangford Lough. We came across several potential opportunities through Ulster Property Sales in their Newtownards Office. Sandra Crockford and her colleagues were very helpful and always on hand to answer our queries in a prompt and professional manner. This was important as we were searching remotely from The Middle East and reliant on e-mail and phone calls at a +2-3hr time difference. As a time-poor professional couple leading busy work dominated lives, we found Sandra and her team to provide a wonderful and supportive service throughout the entire process from viewing to negotiations with vendors to exchange of contracts to completion and even the provision of contact details of local services, maintenance and tradesmen and community networks. GoogleThis was a thoroughly professional service from when we met with Rachel and agreed to sell our house with UPS right through to handing in our keys to Sandra and the team in the branch. Throughout the process we were kept right up to date and all of the staff in the branch maintained excellent contact with the buyers and both solicitors. There were no surprises along the way just a smooth ,friendly and professional service. Cannot recommend UPS, Rachel , Sandra, Mandy and all the team highly enough. Just excellent from start to end. GoogleCollectively an incompetent bunch, from making unsubstantiated claims regarding property title deeds being held at the other side of the world, to routinely conveying information wholly at odds with that advised by their clients, to intermittently updating vendors with contradictory narratives, then blaming the confusion on other parties. Even when their Director is made aware of concerns, they remain mute! Clearly a large chain / corporate business approach, where your custom is taken for granted and no effort is committed to providing a professional or trustworthy service. Stay away! UPS Newtownards will to any matter, only compound stress!NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleGreat team at UPS Newtownards. I’ve just sold a property through UPS Newtownards. From the free valuation through to completion all the individuals who make up the team were professional, helpful and motivated to do a great job. Rachel and her team are exceptional at what they do. Rachel sacrificed part of her Saturday to do a free valuation to suit my schedule. The team then looked after all the viewings, informing me by email of every appointment and ringing when offers made. The property was sale agreed over the target valuation within 2 weeks. The support service didn’t stop there with calls being made between solicitors smoothing out any potential issues and keeping me and, I believe, the purchaser informed. Thank you, Rachel, Mandy, Sandra, Laura and Robbie for making the ordeal of selling a property so much easier. Great job.

GoogleWould not recommend for first time buyers. Will chase you while you are waiting for responses from them, lied on the listing about a parking lot that supposedly belonged to the house but didn't. Every time I told the other parties that I'm still waiting for something from UPS the response was 'That's the usual experience'.
