I had the pleasure of working with the UPS team in Newtownards. Owen met me to view the property at short notice. We fell in love with it and made an offer. Anja was our sales negotiator and was incredibly supportive during the entire process. She answered all my questions in a prompt and professional manner. She kept me updated on the progress of the sale. She liaised between myself and the vendor. From first contact with Ards UPS, I was very impressed with the friendly, professional service. The initial valuation appointment put me at ease as Louise was so friendly and passionate about the house, and obviously she knew the market very well as the house was sale agreed in less than a week! I was kept well informed every step of the way, and if I needed to make contact with the branch, replies to emails or calls were always prompt and helpful. Nothing was too much bother and Mandy was always available to offer advice and was great at signposting me to other services such as plumbers or a house clearance firm. I cannot recommend Ards UPS highly enough! Your house sale is in totally safe, confident hands!

We’ve just recently sold our property with UPS in Newtownards. They were amazing from the very first day right up until the end. Rachel was professional, efficient and really knows exactly how to market a property. The photographer she had come out took stunning photos and the brochure was lovely. There were several bumps along the way (no fault of UPS’s) and the response from UPS was amazing. Louise was there with us the whole way. She was responsive and went above and beyond to get us to the right outcome. I hope to never move again any time soon but if I do, I know exactly where to go. What a wonderful team 👏👏👏

Recently used UPS Newtownards branch for our house sale . Nothing but praise for the team from start to finish . I’m sure I wasn’t the easiest seller they’ve dealt with ( changing photos) , however they were extremely accommodating throughout. They made the process very smooth and were in constant communication with me . I’ve dealt with quite a few of the staff during this process but special mention to Sandra who I feel I know personally now (oj) . The team at Ulster Property Sales in Newtownards really understand how important communication is. Moving house is literally the most stressful thing I have ever done and really never want to do it again, however, the only reason we didn't lose our minds was due to the diligence of Anja and other members of the team. Keeping in contact with us either via phonecall or email and explaining things in a way we could understand. We also really appreciated them being the middle man, as such, between us and the solicitors. Really pleased we chose our local UPS branch and can't thank Anja enough for her excellent service. It is priceless, in an extremely stressful situation, to have someone understand that simple communication makes the process a lot easier on everyone. We viewed a new build development which UPS were the agents for. I met Mandy at the show home, she took the time to explain everything and even offered us a private viewing of some of the other properties within the development. After struggling to sell our house and changing to a different style of house. We finally put our house on the market UPS Ards and from start Mandy was amazing. We sold within a week and then we offered on a house, then pull out 4 weeks later and Mandy sorted us with a lovely new house within our original development we loved! From start to finish Mandy was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she went above and beyond for us. We have been in for a few months now and love it! Buying and Selling via UPS Ards was stress free and a great experience! If I ever move house again I would definitely want to use Mandy & her Team in UPS Ards!
