GoogleAbsolutely shocking service at both Newton le willows and Haydock branches they both were siding with the buyers (both of which fell through) due to lack of due dilligance on the agencies part.... with the Newton branch gossiping with another agency about my on going purchase (which was no concern of Sharon or other parties) due to this poor service I had no other option to choose another agency who were able to attain a substantial increase in the sale price of my property.... I would not recommend this agency as the experience I have had has been totally shocking from the top downwards !!

Our staff at both Newton le willows and Haydock branches went above and beyond to assist you with the sale of your property. We helped fill in paperwork on your behalf and held multiple meetings to inform you of the necessary steps needed to complete the sale. Despite our efforts, both sales ultimately fell through due to your lack of communication and failure to follow the correct steps to complete the sale, despite our team informing you of this. We also want to highlight that you had already gone through two other estate agents before approaching us, and the sales fell apart due to the same issue of your lack of communication and failure to follow the necessary steps. Lastly, we want to clarify that we carried out due diligence on both buyers, and they were both in a position to complete the sale. We regretfully had to end our working relationship with you, but we did so due to your lack of communication and wasting buyers' time. We take our reputation seriously and are committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients. With over 300 five star reviews from some of our other customers I believe whole heartedly we did everything we could to help you on your moving journey. Buyers went on to deal with us and successfully buy property being supported throughout their journey.

GoogleThink team are very helpful, with you every step of the way glad to deal with them. Buying a house is stressful but team make it very easy. Matthew was dealing with my house purchase helped me a lot all the way. Definitely will be using them again. I will definitely recommend everybody to buy or sell house with them.

When our solicitors were making things difficult or not communicating with our buyers, Sharon was always on hand to provide us with a clear update. From start to finish their approach has been professional and upfront. I cannot recommend them highly enough yo help sell a property.

GoogleThink have been wonderful honestly, we spent SO long looking for a place to live, but Think made it so very simple, we got a place to live so quickly, every process was super easy, we were treated with the most respect, and it made renting a good experience over the stressful experience it can be in other places. Now we're in our lovely home, the communication between me and my partner with Think is very very good, open and quick. We correspond with Jade, who gets back to us incredibly fast, with great replies and fantastic results. She gives us all the information we ask for and need, takes requests from us, and has fixed any issues we have in less than 24 hrs of us asking. You're wonderful Jade, Thanks to you and the whole team @ Think, my partner and I are incredibly happy with our home!
