GoogleIt was such a great experience with Ashtons! From the first house viewing they were very helpful with everything - arranging a meeting with a mortgage advisor (also working at the agency), liaising with solicitors, helping with the home survey. The agency was completely fine with me choosing an independent mortgage broker, which a different agency didn't agree to. The contact was great throughout, and I was informed about every single step and got replies to all queries super quickly. I'm picking up my keys next Friday. I can wholeheartedly recommend Ashtons if you're looking to buy a house and need assistance. As a first time buyer who didn't have a clue what to do or expect, I felt that the process was so much easier thanks to all the help and advice I got from them. 😊

GoogleSimon and Lindsay at Ashtons of Newton le Willows branch were very polite, helpful and caring . They went out of their way to make sure that we got the best deal for the house and kept in constant touch during the stages of the sale. It wasn't an easy ride for any of us but they never gave up hope and eventually they achieved success. We are eternally grateful to both of them.

The agent that showed us around the property was incredibly intrusive and judgemental I would even say racist. It felt like we were being interrogated by the agent for wanting to relocate. The agent asked too many intrusive questions and actually had the cheek to ask if me and my partner were together a few times. My partner is from overseas. Thank you for letting us see the narrow minded folk of York prior to making a big mistake.

Possibly the worst estate agent in history. We live opposite this bunch of fools in St Albans and for the last three years their alarm goes off after midnight all the time and we cannot sleep .if they cannot sort out an alarm problem then they are not that good for property matters . Avoid at all costs.

GoogleI can not thank you enough to these guys, Simon! Lidsay! And Glen! At Newton-Le-Willows Wow, wow, went above and beyond, took us 7-8 months to get purchase the house. Our solicitors and the lender went back and forth, but Simon! Lindsay and Glen never stopped, always fighted our corner, always advised and educated us as we are first-time investors. We cannot thank you enough for all your patience and long emails to our solicitors always checking up to ensure everything runs smoothly! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! We will be back and hopefully to many, many more houses investments!

GoogleBought my property from Lindsay in Ashtons Newton-Le-Willows. From the first viewing she was the most helpful person, genuinely interested and helping us through the whole process. If we had any questions she would put them to the vendor and have answers back to me very quickly. She was constantly speaking with both parties solicitors to speed the process along. When I needed a second and third viewing Lindsay arranged this around me with no issues. If I were to use an estate agent again to sell, without a shadow of a doubt Lindsay would be the first on the list.
