We honestly couldn’t recommend Ashtons enough! They have been so lovely from start to finish and made the whole process of buying our house so much easier. A special thank you to Lindsay, who has been amazing throughout and so knowledgeable and transparent of the process, but everyone we’ve dealt with has been equally lovely and helpful. They’ve kept us in the loop every step of the way, always been really easy to communicate with and were more than happy to answer all of our questions (and there was a lot!) The home-buying process can be incredibly stressful, but Lindsay’s speedy replies and proactive communication kept everything moving smoothly. I can highly recommend Ashton's Estate Agency. They provide a professional service but with a friendly approach. When I’ve bought and sold properties in the past I’ve always appreciated when estate agents are honest, upfront and realistic… Simon at Ashtons was the only estate agent we used for valuation that didn’t give us wild and unrealistic figures, and in the end his valuation was pretty much what the property sold for. Lindsey also helped keep things moving along and kept us updated. No sale is ever completely plain sailing but the team at Ashtons helped keep things as stress free as possible! Very poor service, no one can ever answer the phone , therefore anyone wanting to view can not get through. Everything is done by Street App- very impersonal Also they only want to progress a sale if it means they get to sell another house , they get commission for placing a house up for sale. They have also divulged someone else’s personal information on my Street App The worst estate agent available
