GoogleWe went to your move to purchase our first property. They were all friendly helpful and not pushy like some estate agents. We had a morgage appointment with Hollie who was fab start to finish. Always at the end of the phone to answer our questions. She made everything less stressful and really did do her upmost to help us. We will definitely go back to them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

Yellcon artists - avoid like the plague
have been with your move for 4 months and i can honestly say it has been the worst experiance ever. they charge ridiculous fees, and will not tell you about other fees they add on. on move in day ( after they recieved all there fees and deposit ) we were told as we had a cat, £150 will be held to flee the house if we left. we were also told we would have to pay around the 150 mark every 6 months if we wish to continue tenancy. if we decided to leave we would still have to pay £150 for exit fees. We also payed fees for credit checks etc before moving in, are tenancy is a few months away from ending and we were told we need to be credit checked again at a ridiculous cost as my job has changed. On move in day we were promised to be able to move in at 2pm, arranged for removal company to be here for 3pm, however on the day it was a shambles and they did not let us move in until 5pm, resulting in me having to pay an extra 100 pound to removal company due to waiting. your move didnt seem to care. I can honestly say stay away from them, they have brought my wife to tears and are con artists. I have never used an estate agent before due to all these horror stories and after this experiance i will never again!!

YellYour Move - Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. I rented a place with them this year, only to find that they hide fees, inflate them, or intentionally tell you about them at the last minute when there's little you can do about them.They charge fees that other letting agents have never heard of, and they are VERY dear.They also double charge an incoming and outgoing tenant for the same thing (i.e. inventory) - so expect to pay both a check-in and a check-out fee which will run into hundreds of pounds. If you wish to extend your contract (which they will insist upon, and will lie through their teeth that you HAVE to), they will charge you nearly £200 to do so. Oh, and that's every 6 months.If a property is being advertised through Your Move - don't bother. Find somewhere else to live!

GoogleWe've moved a lot in the last few years and have had some horrible dealings with estate agents in the past. This move was really tough as some of our paperwork had a mistake thanks to the council. Naomi from Your Move went above and beyond to help us. She got everything running as smoothly as possible and was always warm and welcoming to us. An absolute pleasure to work with! I cannot recommend this branch enough!

GoogleThe team at your move were top quality with elping me purchase a property through them. The communication was brilliant. Half the time it myself or vikky passing updates on and not the solicitors. Couldn't of asked for more.
