GoogleOur experience with YourMove has been excellent from start to finish. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were happy to answer the millions of questions I had. I also felt they did everything possible to ensure the best sale was achieved for our property. As part of their services they offered us a meeting with their mortgage advisor, Hollie. Although we had already had a few meetings with other advisors we arranged a meeting anyway. It was the best decision we had made as she provided an amazing service, again quickly responding to all of the various question we had. Nothing was too much to ask and she managed to get us a great deal on our new mortgage too! Would highly recommend both YourMove and Hollie.

GoogleAfter many meetings with Hollie at your move I am very pleased with the service. She is a very knowledgeable, helpful lady who can help with any aspect of house buying. Hollie has helped with the process of buying the house as well as actually going through and assisting with the purchase. Paul, one of the estate agents was very friendly and helpful with viewings and wasn't to pushy to make a sale and instead, again had all the answers needed, when asked. All the other members of staff are very friendly and approachable leaving you not feeling overwhelmed or peer pressured. Highly recommended for buying a house or getting or renewing a mortgage!!

GoogleI would like to share my experience with a gentlemen called Paul who works for Your Move Newton Abbot Devon. Estate Agents seem to get bad press about dealing with customers and not caring or working for the buyer. Well this gentlemen in my opinion has ticked every box whilst looking for a property to buy in the Newton area which i am not familiar with. Paul works for the buyer and the seller. Gives you his honest opinion. Great knowledge of the area. Keep you informed of how the move is going. Top man Paul i will always mention you if anyone is looking for a property to buy or sell.

GoogleI came in to your move on a busy Saturday to book a valuation for my house and after going into 2 other agents found them to be a breath of fresh air. I was greeted by Vicky as we walked through the door and asked to take a seat and she spent a lot of time with me discussing our circumstances. when Josh came to see me i felt he was so invested in our plans he suggested I see Hollie the mortgage adviser who arranged a decision in principle quickly and effectively. now we are on the market all the viewings are done by Paul who has been in the industry for many years, his experience has been invaluable. I have every confidence in the team to get me the best price for my house!!!

GoogleJust rented a house through these guys and Sophie could not have helped us more, especially with only having a couple of weeks to find a house and move! She stayed in contact with us regularly, giving us updates and any help we need. Even after moving we still have phone calls, checking everything is ok and if there’s anything they can do to make things smoother settling in. Easy to get in contact with and will always get things done quickly and efficiently! Would definitely recommend!

GoogleYesterday We had an awful experience of your move. My friend went to put in an offer on a flat today in Totnes, she was verbally abused and mocked. She’s a young girl and first time buyer, the man was aggressive, abusive and unprofessional. He told her the seller would laugh in her face and she couldn’t speak to anyone else, he refused anyone else the phone. He wouldn’t let her speak over ranting about how he knows best and she knows nothing. He suddenly wanted instant proof of income on the spot, before she even offered anything, he demanded that in a rude and callous way. He told her she couldn’t speak to a manager. It was absolutely vile.

GoogleI personally had a bad experience buying with Your Move and the team. I understand that they work for the seller, but it was clear and obvious that it was me versus them from the get go. I wasn't supported with my queries and buying the property became an unnecessarily stressful experience. On day of completion not a single person in the office offered their congratulations. Would not use them to sell, and if I could help it, I wouldn't buy from them again.

GoogleI have dealt with a number of agents when looking to buy my property, some of which didn't even call me post viewing for feedback. The experience of dealing with Your Move has been completely different. I have had loads of communication with Vicky who has really helped me with the whole process. I have been offered services such as mortgage, legal and insurance assistance all the way through although no pressure to take the services from Your Move. When ever i come to sell a property YourMove will be the first agents I call as I know their processes are thorough in terms of follow up calls and the level of professionalism shown by all members of the team.
