GoogleWe had a very positive experience from the sales team. They suggested a realistic price which we almost attained, although the price received was well within our expected range. They clearly have good knowledge of the housing market local to East Lancashire. The members of staff we dealt with personally were very professional and courteous.

From letting us know the property was coming on and giving us the opportunity to view first, to helping with all the issues we have had along the way, keeping us up to date most days, calling and emailing even on your day off . And to top it off the beautiful moving in box was really appreciated. Moving is such a frustrating and emotional experience but you really did make a very significant contribution to the process. We will most certainly recommend you to anyone we can and we really wish that we had chosen you for our sale.

GoogleHad a bad experience with this company in letting
We’re sorry you feel disappointed, but we believe it’s important to clarify the timeline and circumstances. 19th March: Your application was accepted and we requested the holding deposit. 26th March: The holding deposit was received and the form signed, despite your request to move in urgently. 28th March: References were successfully completed. 30th, 31st March: We contacted you to arrange a move-in and a handover was agreed for 1st April at your request. 1st April: You did not attend the handover, did not pay rent/deposit and did not respond to calls or emails. 2nd April: You later advised you were unavailable and requested a new date. The landlord reasonably asked to meet first due to the missed appointment but we received no response. 7th April: You requested additional works to the property (carpets and garden) that were not agreed at the outset, and then chose to withdraw. Regarding the holding deposit: this is retained in line with the signed agreement, as the property was taken off the market and you later decided not to proceed. We always aim to be fair and transparent and we’re happy to discuss this further if needed.
