The initial interview was professional, helpful and the manager was informative. The two negotiators we had working on our behalf were very happy to answer all my queries, nothing was too much trouble. They kept me informed through the whole process, making the sale as easy as possible. I would not hesitate to recommend Chamberlains to anyone. I have now instructed them to act as agent for my Mothers property.

GoogleChamberlain's at Newton Abbot have been managing my residential property for some 6 years. They have, and continue to provide me with an excellent service. I am continually updated by them on the state of the property and they execute instructions for repairs etc. with expediency. I cannot fault their attention to detail and professional approach to residential property management and letting.

GoogleRented via Chamberlain's for years, the viewing was very pleasant, no issues moving in and getting the keys, always ready to get hold of - outside of weekends - and got my whole deposit back. I've now had dealings with other estate agents and didn't realise how lucky I was, I would definitely rent through them again.

Very patient when the first sale fell through and strove to find a way through the lockdown restrictions; culminating with a completion in late May.
