GoogleWe have in the past few week's been dealing with a house sale, Which I might add, only took Chamberlains weeks to sell !! Primarily we dealt with Amy & Zoe.. Couldn't have wished for two lovelier ladies. They kept in constant contact all during the vending, So much so, was going to ask if they'd like to move in with us !! lol...But , really, Anyone wishing to put a property on the market, you can do a whole lot worse, Well done Chamberlains & a massive thank you from Ivy & Paul x

GoogleI’ m very disappointed on this agency , they have just Liars people. The lady Natalia, send email if we interesting one house , because I can to move immediately. I said yes , I paid upfront 6 months , I refused another 2 houses with another agency . Ok , after 2 months I received email at landlord, “ how agency told me , he will sale the house in march (after 6 months ) and now should to come another agency to make photo at house, with visitors, etc .. “ I was shocked, because Natalia , told me is for long term , and after this 6 months I will make long contract for house! So ,Who paid for this mistake?? Nobody of course. This liar lady carry on the job , she took the fee on landlord , but me should to change house , to try to find another house near my daughter nursery and surprise, is not house for rent !!!
We are sorry that you are not happy. At Chamberlains we pride ourselves on providing the very best standard of service possible and consider ourselves to be open and transparent at all times, certainly we would not deliberately lie to any client. On the contrary, it was made very clear to you and your partner by more than one member of the team that it was unlikely this particular tenancy would continue beyond the initial 6 months as the Landlord had already indicated he may sell at this time. Despite knowing this in advance, you chose to proceed. Clearly we understand your disappointment at having to move, but the circumstances were made clear.

GoogleI can not praise Dave and Megan highly enough. We have been looking for a certain type of property for quite some time, and one came on with Chamberlains. They acted professionally throughout, and despite not getting the property due to a better offer being on the table, i can not fault the office. They are now taking a proactive approach in trying to find me they specific type of property i want. A lot of people are always quick to criticize but not so much to compliment. Despite being gutted at missing out on this property, the service we received can not be faulted. The search continues...PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Michelle and the team @ Chamberleigns have been fantastic since day one. Putting our property up for sale was quick and easy, the photos were of high quality and we felt they represented the property well. Chamberleigns are hot with marketing, using modern ways to market your property to ensure the highest possible visibility to potential buyers, and they even notify you every time they advertise on a different platform! Michelle was always in contact with us, even through the quiet times, keeping us up to date with the market behaviour and keeping our property advert up to date and appealing. What we loved most was how much care Michelle showed towards us, and how nothing we asked for was too much. Thanks again for everything.

Had pretty much decided upon buying the property before I'd seen it and so was very eager to wrap-up the whole deal. Couldn't have asked for a speedier negotiation and we agreed on a price the same day. Laura was very professional and kept both sides updated despite my useless solicitors dragging their feet. I would have no doubts about dealing with Chamberlains again should I wish to sell or purchase a property through them in the future.

GoogleI was very pleased with the service offered by Chamberlains from the start to the finish. The initial visit appraisal of the property and advice given was good and the photos that went with the sale particulars were excellent. I appreciated the professionalism and help given by Craig and Chelsea throughout the process, with regular updates on viewings and then on the sale process. This was particularly valuable to me as I was selling the vacant property that belonged to my aunt from a distance so wasn't able to get there often in person. Helping me through the house clearance process and sending me meter readings at the end of the process were really helpful. GoogleChose Chamberlains as I kept seeing their signs , so I thought they must be doing something right. Well after dealing with Dave, Chelsea and Craig, I was right. They have been so lovely, so easy to talk to. My sister and I were selling our dear mums house due to her death and we also had personal tragedies going on and they couldn't of been more lovely. GoogleWe wanted a house near to our children and approached three agents in the area. We saw different homes with each but Chamberlains rose to the top. They understood our requirements, were always responsive and didn't waste our time. We bought through them, paying a fair price although more than I wanted to pay and less than the preferred figure of their client. Chamberlains acted as honest broker and the price and sale agreed has allowed us to stay still friendly with the original owners. Chamberlains were simply professional yet friendly. If I were to buy in this area again they would be my first call

GoogleI rented a house through Chamberlains for the last seven years. They were professional and worked with both my landlady and myself to ensure a smooth tenancy. All issues (few) were resolved speedily and with good communication. They were also very pleasant to deal with. I had two major bereavements during this period and at times my mental health was not good. I always felt listened to and that they understood my situation. I will always be grateful for the the service they provided upon my behalf. I would use them again without hesitation.
