I can't fault Start & Co. I viewed a property I wasn't interested in but was listened to and offered to view a different property that I now rent. The referencing process was straight forward and I was kept informed of my progress. There have been a few issues getting broadband set up but Start & Co have been really helpful in trying to sort this out with my landlord.

We moved from Bournemouth to Newquay and this was a struggle. This estate agent let us view a property without anyone else viewing it as we were so desperate. The property unfortunately fell through, not due to the estate agents, however they found us a property the same day. Communication has been excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I have just been spoken to like a child whilst making an enquiry about a property. When I ask a question, I don't expect answers to include, 'probably and in my experience', I would expect to hear, 'I don't know, I will find out and get back to you' I don't expect to be shouted at. The 'gentleman' claimed to be the manager, senior person in the office. To the owner of the house in Trethiggey crescent, sorry one potential customer will not be travelling from London to view your property Gary Douthwaite

I must say right from the start the company were fantastic, everyone in the office always knew what was going on and dealt with us on a great personal level always adapting to our needs, this is something you do not get with every estate agent.
