GoogleStarts and Co, namely Gary and Paige have been absolutely ace with our move in process. Gary helped us move in seamlessly and has solved any issues rapidly. Starts really care about their tenants. As a young person this is so nice especially being first time renters. The out of hours maintenance WhatsApp also mega helpful

GoogleStart and Co have been fantastic. As a remote landlord they have taken care of tenant search and referencing excellent tenants and they manage the property day to day efficiently and fuss free. Jonathan and Gary have been so professional and knowledgable that I've gone from being worried and stressed about the state of my property to happy and confident that it's being looked after and well managed. Their systems are top notch from the sign up process to tenant screening to referencing and then to keeping you informed each month about rent paid/remittance statements. Highly recommend and really happy I've partnered with them.

GoogleStart & Co Gary and Jonathan have definelty looked after us from day 1 of our previous tenancy to our latest current one. They are prompt with correspondence to reply to questions &/ or requests and welcome feedback to improve any situation. Gary is easy going as a rental manager and most prompt.
