We had to let the house we are selling, due to a delay in the chain. It all happened at very short notice. Olivia and Chloe were super efficient and very responsive. They took care of all the paperwork, as well as practical arrangements like organising gas and electric safety certificates and kept us well informed at every stage. Awful experience

Awful experience. They kept losing my details. Finally booked a property valuation, but then no-one bothered to turn up. Instead of apologing for wasting my time they described it as a "miscommunication", did not offer to come out that day or the day after, but in a week's time. If they don't want the chance to sell a beautiful cottage with a large garden and awesome views they clearly aren't going to make any effort to sell a property. Lucky escape - but a huge waste of my time.

My partner and I have been planning on moving to Newquay for over two years and yesterday we finally moved in thanks to Miller. We first introduced ourselves over a year ago whilst researching what Estate Agents we might want to work with and even though only the sales team were available when we were looking at renting, they were supportive, gave us their full attention, and took the time to understand our situation. After we started dealing with the lettings team (we primarily dealt with Jasmine) in January 2022 we've had a positive experience, even when our applications weren't successful, in an extremely competitive market. We'd definitely work with them again both as a tenant and a client in the future.
