GoogleWe have recently purchased a new build house on the Nansledan development. This was after a number of potential house purchases that ended up in a sealed bid scenario in which frustratingly ended up with someone else paying higher than us and getting the house. We then saw an advertisement for a new build house being built by C G Fry on the Nansledan development. Marcus Shelton who heads the sales for both David Ball Agencies and C G Fry at Nansledan assured us that the price was fixed and was very informative. He made the buying process very easy and pleasurable. We got to see the progress of the build on a fairly regular basis and we were happy with the kitchen, floor and wall finishes that were available. Thank you very much Marcus.

GoogleAVOID! Absolutely horrendous, despicable service throughout our entire time renting through them and in particular terrible terrible service with Paul! As an owner of a business myself I would be out of business if I treated my customers like this (which is essentially what I am). Treated so badly by the lettings department despite selling my property through them only months before and giving them a few thousand in commission as a tenant they treat you so so badly. Do not go near David Ball for rentals and stick with Andy at I Move who is amazing!
