GoogleWe bought a new build at Nansledan Newquay through Marcus from David Ball. Marcus was extremely professional and helpful and looked after us from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

GoogleWe purchased a CG FRY house at Nansledan through Marcus at David Ball. The service has been exceptional from initial viewing right through to completion. Nothing was too much trouble and Marcus was extremely helpful with all our queries, taking his time to talk us through each stage of the process. I would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleI cannot praise Sheila at David Ball in Newquay highly enough. From our first meeting she was professional, friendly and filled me with confidence. Her advice on pricing my flat realistically and the work that needed doing was helpful. Communication was regular and I was kept up to date with everything in relation to the sale, which took around 6 months from first meeting to completion - about what I had expected.

Googleflat 3 Tower Road Newquay kept my mums deposit who is a pensioner and took another months rent from her bank scum bags don't trust, also said there was problem with light fittings which were like that when she moved in and said the carpet was stained which is also a pack of lies.

GoogleWe have recently purchased a new build house on the Nansledan development. This was after a number of potential house purchases that ended up in a sealed bid scenario in which frustratingly ended up with someone else paying higher than us and getting the house. We then saw an advertisement for a new build house being built by C G Fry on the Nansledan development. Marcus Shelton who heads the sales for both David Ball Agencies and C G Fry at Nansledan assured us that the price was fixed and was very informative. He made the buying process very easy and pleasurable. We got to see the progress of the build on a fairly regular basis and we were happy with the kitchen, floor and wall finishes that were available. Thank you very much Marcus.
