This was after a number of potential house purchases that ended up in a sealed bid scenario in which frustratingly ended up with someone else paying higher than us and getting the house. We then saw an advertisement for a new build house being built by C G Fry on the Nansledan development. Marcus Shelton who heads the sales for both David Ball Agencies and C G Fry at Nansledan assured us that the price was fixed and was very informative. He made the buying process very easy and pleasurable. We got to see the progress of the build on a fairly regular basis and we were happy with the kitchen, floor and wall finishes that were available. Thank you very much Marcus.

GoogleI sold my one bedroom flat as an investment through David Ball and the level of service was fantastic, especially from Lily! From the initial conversations about the sale to carrying out viewings with a tenant in place at the peak of COVID, and then dealing with a complicated legal position the team were always helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely use them in the future or recommend them to friends and family!
