As a landlord, I am very disappointing by non-payment of monies owed to us by this company.This has not been resolved despite protest.
Dear Mr Parrott,I am placing on record this response to your 'review' which I do not believe is a complete or accurate representation of the facts. Since I believe you are a Director of a letting agency business yourself and a professional landlord, you should have a clear understanding of the contractual position. I am therefore both surprised and disappointed that you have chosen to post this 'review'.We acted on your behalf in finding a tenant for your property and managing it on your behalf. This was done in accordance with our terms and conditions of business, clearly presented to you at the outset and signed by you. The tenancy was professionally conducted and managed by Trigg & Co. All rental payments due to you were made promptly by us under our 'Rent on Time' scheme. You expressed no dissatisfaction whilst we acted on your behalf.You unilaterally decided to terminate the contract with us for the management of the property whilst wishing to retain the tenant that we had introduced, who is still living at the property. You were perfectly entitled to do so under the agreed terms of business, subject only to payment by you of a clearly stipulated final commission payment to Trigg & Co. This was accordingly deducted from the final rental payment which we paid to you.No monies are owed to you by Trigg & Co.We have acted entirely properly and with professional integrity throughout our dealings with you. The tenant which we introduced to your property has proved to be a good tenant - evidenced by the fact that you have chosen to keep them in residence.I am sorry that I have been forced to write such a detailed rebuttal of your claims, but I feel it is important to set the record straight and make our position clear to other clients reading your comments.
