GoogleI had an absolutely amazing experience using oulsnam's in droitwich for the second time, I received such a high level of customer service from the whole team especially Trina who helped me sell my own home for a very good price and also put me forward to buy our dream home. I am certain that without her support, help and her numerous phone calls and emails we would not have been able to complete our purchase. GoogleWe bought our house in Droitwich via Oulsnams. The team had an in-depth local knowledge and were able to give their opinions on location and quality of properties etc, which we found very useful and informative. Having found a property which we liked, Lydia George became our main contact. Lydia responded to all queries immediately regardless of the level of importance. If Lydia was out when we called, the other members of Trina's team would respond rather than leaving it for her return. We had full communication throughout the offer process and beyond. Lydia was often in contact with both our solicitors and those of our vendor in order to provide us with updates. The level of organisation and communication was excellent right through to picking the keys up. We would have no hesitation in recommending Trina's team in Droitwich.

GoogleLooked for an Estate Agent that would provide the 'whole service' - not necessarily the cheapest (But competitive), would listen to our needs, provide their opinions and be flexible. Oulsnams did just that for us. Particular mention of Lydia in the Droitwich Office - sometimes it nice to find someone who'll 'go the extra mile', Lydia" circumnavigated the globe" in ensuring that everything was right for us and our buyers. Would certainly use them again - and would recommend Trina & the team to potential clients!!
