FacebookKatie and the Number One team acted on our behalf for a recent sale and purchase. Katie has gone above and beyond for us - messages and calls at weekends, late nights, even when away if needed. Excellent sounding board for decision making and always valuable advice. Highly recommend. The entire setup is professional and well considered. Thanks Katie and team!

FacebookI have to thank Katie for being always supportive and available to answer any question. My partner and me have asked to visit the property, that we recently bought, many times to understand what kind of renovation we had to do and Katie have always been available for us. I can definitely recommend!!!
Thank you for your feedback, we wish you all the best in your new home 🏡 😊

GoogleWhat a brilliant team at Droitwich . Highly recommend them. They were all aware of our purchase and at what stage it was at when I contacted them. When things got tough during the purchase the girls turned every stone to push it along. They have amazing patience and awareness of what customers require. Oulsnams are selling my late mothers house and the progress has been faultless. I am not going name which member of staff was outstanding.THEY WERE ALL OUTSTANDI!!!!
Thank you so much Steve, that has to be the best review experienced from both sides, so really appreicate you taking the time to do this and we are so happy you have had a great experience and look forward to keeping in contact and seeing the transformation of your new home!

GoogleI have just recently sold my late fathers house using Robert Oulsnam, I can say they have kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Even when we hit delays due to probate they went above and beyond to assist us. A special mention should be given to Angela who was truly excellent and provided an exceptional service. Top marks all round.
Thanks Andy, we appreciate you taking the time to write us a 5 star review and wish you all the best for the future!

GoogleI have recently purchased a Grade 2 Listed conversion through Droitwich branch which was never going to be easy but with the help of the branch team we got it through just before the Stamp Duty deadline. Many phone calls were made and chased between solicitors, the council and Severn Trent and the team worked just as hard for me ( the buyer ) as they did for the vendor. Would recommend whole heartedly.

GoogleWe successfully sold our home through the team at Oulsnam's Droitwich. Our house went on the market at the end of the first Lockdown in June. Gill came round to do all the marketing photo's and she was fantastic due to the pandemic she made sure every safety measure was followed and we felt we were really looked after. Our home was successfully sold on only the 2nd viewing of our property. Once again the team we so careful due to the pandemic. Once the property had sold Jodie was my point of contact, she was fantastic kept both parties up to date all of the time, and could not fault the service we received at all.

GoogleHaving got ourselves immersed with an Estate agents that was not doing a good job of selling our house it was music to my ears to hear of a friends positive and enviable sales experience with Oulsnams. I observed the local office and saw 3 Couples window viewing their properties in less than 10 minutes! I made an appointment and was met by the first of the team at Droitwich! I was given six or more examples of properties similar to ours, sold by Oulsnams in the past 12 months. Our property was valued at a realistic price and Sold immediately! With nothing on the market suitable for us to buy I turned to Oulsnams for help and what happened next was a little short of a miracle! I was asked where I wanted to live and told Trina, Oulsnams manager, of the little Lane I had dreamt of! She had valued a property there just days before! We viewed the property within 24 hours and bought it immediately! When our buyers pulled out 3 months later Oulsnams immediately began viewings and once again we sold immediately securing the purchase of our dream home! And here I am now writing my review in our forever home! Trina, Gill and Annie are the most understanding and supportive agents we could have asked for! Oulsnams were never overbearing or persistent. Ceaselessly generating confidence in the sale/purchase of our properties and keeping the process clear and understandable! The calm, clear and professional attitude they have is a blessing in the most stressful period imaginable! Thank you Oulsnams Droitwich! We are forever full of gratitude! The Bennett Family!

FacebookI have used Scott Gwyer in a previous life (his and mine) so when my last house looked like we should get rid of it I instructed him again. He dealt with it very well (it was a difficult sale - both getting tenant out nicely and assisting buyer with all her unreasonable requests. I am now 81 and can't run around back and further the 120 mile journey. He has lots of local knowledge and earned his money
