My experience with number one was shocking from start to finish. From going into the branch to show funds being looked down upon if affordability is there. Being made to look completely embarrassed in front of everyone in the office. We were in negotiations with a house for 4 months and no one contacted us to say the owner took it off the market. Adam was the face of the business selling the properties. Messaging me near midnight for updates for information for the sale, considering I do 9-22pm is a bit ridiculous. They do not contact each other within the business they are only worried about themselves. Only one star is for Sue. Sue was brilliant with updates as I was keeping her updated with the sale that finally sold 5 months later on the final day of completion that it had to be completed otherwise it would’ve not sold. So overall, my statement about number one is a bit laughable considering they want me to leave a review, so here it is.

Well, what can I say. Right from the start, Steve was nothing short of brilliant. Kept me fully up to date with everything that was going on and actually made me feel like I was his one and only Client. Great sense of humour which was needed as my purchase wasn’t an easy one but we held each other up and got on with it. Thank you Steve for being an absolute legend. There is no after sales communication. I have completed on my sale with them for more than two weeks ago and I didn't even receive a 'thank you for using our services' or even similar message. The last communication I got was on completion day asking if I am out yet. Strange as everybody else (solicitor, mortgage advisor and even the removals) congratulated straight away and asked me how satisfied I was and said thank you for using them. Considering how much I had to pay it left a little bit of a bitter taste in my mouth.

We met half a dozen agents to sell our house but Lucinda stood head and shoulders above the rest. Very knowledgeable, professional but also personal and made everything so easy whilst also listening to our viewpoints. Lucinda kept us in the loop at all times and was completely transparent with expectations. The office team, Sam and Darienne were also very very good at keeping us informed both of what was happening with viewing and also timelines for what we had to complete on our side. I cannot recommend this estate agent highly enough. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and reassuring. James initially came to value my property, and I have to say he pitched the valuation spot on. He clearly understood the local market and did everything he could to achieve the best possible price for me as the seller. Within just a few days of the property going on the market, we had received a number of offers, and the house was sold. Once the sale progressed to the solicitors, Yvonne was outstanding. She kept me fully informed throughout the process, acting as an excellent go-between with both my solicitor and the buyer’s solicitor. She was proactive in providing updates, chasing progress where necessary, and ensuring I always knew what was happening. Steven was fantastic! We booked an initial evaluation, and he got us in super quickly. With two little ones, preparing the house and leaving for multiple viewings would have been a real challenge. Steven coordinated all the viewings for a single day, so we only had to get the house ready once and be out for block viewings, something we really appreciated and didn’t have the last time we sold. My sister and I approached James to market our late mothers home and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment he met us and valued the house, the sales process was seamless. If you’re selling, my wife and I recommend Oulsnam Droitwich Spa for the following reasons... They can advise you on what needs doing to prepare your property for sale. This will result in more interested and motivated potential buyers. Once on the market they can advise and help you to identify the best buyer. Once subject to contract they diligently work with solicitors and the buyer to progress to completion. This stage is often the most fragile because of chains, surveys, legal issues, unrealistic or misguided expectations etc. etc. Our experience of the staff at Oulsnam Droitwich Spa is that they can sort out all of these. In fact our sale took 22 days from the first day the property went on the market to completion. An outstanding outcome for everyone.
