Kim from Nock Deighton Newport was fantastic. When we arrived to view the property we were met with a friendly smile and this continued throughout. Kim answered all of our questions, even the stupid ones, and kept to the social distancing rules (not easy when viewing a property). She gave us information about the local area as we live 3 hours away and also provided driving times to Waitrose, M&S etc. When viewing property with other agents we have often found them abrupt and sometimes rude but Kim was fabulous. She contacted us a couple of days after the viewing and answered even more questions after liaising with the vendor. I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and if I could rate higher than 5 stars I definatley would.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I’ve recently bought a house in Newport. Although we didn’t buy from Nock Deighton in the end, I wanted to leave a review because Sue Desmond has stood out as an excellent estate agent. While we were looking she stayed in contact every week, updating us with new properties and taking the time to find out exactly what we were looking for. No other estate agent was anywhere near as proactive. If I need to sell, I won’t hesitate to use Nock Deighton because I know that Sue will do everything she can to find us a buyer.

We had been looking at buying in the area for the last couple of months and seen a few properties with other agents. However there was one agents that stood out from the group as they were all so lovely and passionate about our journey from selling and buying in the area to be closer to our daughter. I feel they needed a mention as Wendy in particular as well as Sue and Stan in the office were all so lovely. Their knowledge of the area, services, schools, transport links was great even down to what bus routes went where - the lot!
