GoogleEnquired on a property a couple days ago, as I wondered where the bed was in a studio flat. Was rang up today and given such sarcastic and rude remarks, saying the sofa is a sofa bed. Of course this was not made clear, and for £183 a week, a sofa bed as a standard seemed wrong. I only stated 2 questions such as about it being furnished, and to each question received rudeness. I then said "Okay thank you have a good day" and received a loud "SO YOU DON'T WANT IT THEN" down the phone. The phone call was only a minute long and was left feeling taken aback, didn't realise sales were made this way...

GoogleDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, extra damage was reported when tenancy started, this was noted by the original md, who didn't add it to the notes. We have now been charged for damage we didn't cause. This isn't the first time these have done this read the other reviews, if you do use please make sure you go through the whole property with a fine tooth comb, certain staff are also very rude and think they are above the law...
