GoogleBeing a landlord for 27 years I fully trust them. There may be little issues here and there but the most import thing is you can trust them fully. Their policy is based on being honest. Highly recommended

GoogleAbsolute shambles. On move in they forgot to take a copy of my passport, which then led to Lauren repeatedly calling and emailing for this to be sent over (whilst I was moving my things in), even after I had done so. It is also now coming up to a month without any internet, so stay away if you value a cheap phone bill. This issue was also ignored for over a week, since then we have been told multiple dates for when it will be active, and unsurprisingly this hasn’t happened still. They also sent everyone the incorrect contract, which we were hassled again to sign. This happened twice, as they then realised they had missed vital information out! Overall completely unorganised, unreliable, and just a nightmare to deal with. Only redeeming factor is they seem like nice people. (Assisted by Lauren and Will)

GoogleI had some really nice viewings with Jack. He was punctual, informative, and very professional. Unfortunately I decided to go with a different property in the end. But I would totally recommend this agency and Jack in particular.

TrustpilotThey are extremely unorganised
They are extremely unorganised, telling us one thing then when we called saying that this wasn’t the case. We sent an email last Saturday and still received no response. I called and was told I would get a call back and didn’t receive one so had to chase them for answers and the lady on the phone was abrupt and patronising. Such a shame.

GoogleUnprofessional team. I called William McCusker 4 times to book a viewing. He told me that he doesn't have the permission of the landlord to carry on with the viewings. Also he didn't call me back as he said. Yesterday I called again and a lady told me that the property has been let agreed already. I asked to be called by the office manager Danielle, but she didn't call me. I don't recommend this agency because you cannot rely on.

GoogleMK Property certainly get 5 stars from me. From a landlords perspective this has been the smoothest process from first meeting with Lauren to having tenants move in to my previous home. Lauren has guided me throughout and has been so helpful in answering any questions. I am a first time landlord so was fairly anxious at starting this process but I was made to feel confident and have received the most excellent service. I will certainly be recommending them to others. Thankyou for all your help.
