Recently sold our house through Michael Graham in a slow and challenging market. Good communication and organisation, flexible and responsive to our needs. Kept us updated on progress. Excellent photography and listing on website was regularly refreshed. A couple of minor admin hiccups were resolved. Pushed the sale through to exchange and completion with complicated chain.

Recently bought a house through Michael Graham and we were well looked after. Regan, Rob and Roger provided an excellent service, always easy to reach and helpful; they went out of their way on many occasions to make it happen. Overall, they were thoughtful and very professional throughout the process. I know who to go to if I ever want to sell.

GoogleSimon from the Newport pagnell office came to carry out a valuation for us. He was very thorough and helpful and had prepared a lot of information prior to his visit. He then took the time to fully explain the valuation and the process as well as finding out our requirements. We eventually decided not to sell our house but if we had we would have been happy to proceed with Michael Graham and would recommend Simon and his team who have always been extremely helpful

GoogleOlly, Simon and Magda were very professional throughout the sale of our house. Olly gave us regular updates and was efficient and responded to any enquiries we made. We had regular feedback with our viewings and the whole team were very helpful and polite. They are a little more expensive than other estate agents, however the service we got was excellent and they sold our house within a few weeks. The whole experience was fantastic and mostly stress-free, in great part thanks to the competence, friendliness, and professionalism of Steve and Graham at the Aylesbury office. GoogleFabulous service as always from Simon, I used Michael Graham 5 years ago when I started looking to buy in the area, 5 years on and now living in Newport I am looking to upsize and In my mind the only person I would trust to handle this for me would be Simon. Some would say I could go with an agent who would give me a reduced fee but why would I be willing to put my biggest most valuable asset with someone I’m just not sure about to save a couple of thousand.... answer “ I wouldn’t “ thank you Simon it’s been a pleasure dealing with you again.

I was in the market for my house and they got me exactly what i was looking for with an excellent and first class customer experience. The consultant that I actually deal with is Olly, very knowledgeable and quick to help me through the journey. Always providing me with answers and gave me the confidence that i needed all the time. GoogleWe have recently purchased through Michael Graham Newport Pagnell. I spoke to Sharon several times who was always helpful and efficient and we met Olly Tice on our viewings who proved to be very helpful, courteous, patient and professional which continued throughout the purchase process resulting in the successful completion of our new home. Many thanks to all at the Newport Pagnell branch of Michael Graham for all their good work which sadly was in contrast to the service we received from the Michael Graham Northampton branch but that is a different story. Well done and we would happily use Newport Pagnell branch if we should ever want to move again and would not hesitate to Recomend the Newport Pagnell Branch of Michael Graham and Olly Tice.

GoogleWe Found Michael Graham to be a very professional, customer focused business. They were extremely proactive firstly in selling our house/buying and secondly in seeing the process through to completion. Simon Gates certainly went that extra mile and nothing was too much trouble. He went above and beyond to keep a difficult chain from breaking, he was in touch with me all the time with updates. He was always available to answer my calls, and on the odd occasion when I left messages, he called back promotly. Which is just what you want from an estate agent. I cannot recommend them highly enough......

GoogleWe would just like to thank Simon Gates and the rest of his team for the help and support given in selling our home. They have been nothing more than excellent in every-way. Very professional in aspects from the very start. Excellent communication at all time with regular updates. Professional pictures taken along with well worded put together sales particulars. Very helpful team who want to go the extra mile to help wherever they can. All viewing accompanied and our home respected at all times, by the removal of shoes, and doors locked after viewing and so on. It is hard to get good customer service these days but these guys really will impress you, cant thank them all enough. A more honest friendlier bunch of people you wont find.
