Great lads, great service

I recently downsized from my house in Oxford, and was therefore pleased to stumble across the Cinch boys, who have provided me with a very professional service. They collected all the furniture that I don't currently need (at pretty short notice too) and have been communicative and helpful all the way through. Knowing my things are safe is very important to me, and having seen the storage units, I know there's nothing to worry about. All of this at a decent price too. Not bad! Cheers lads.

Didn't realise such a service existed - all my storage collected from my door!

I am moving to Singapore and needed to pack my flat up and put it all in storage. The idea of it gave me a headache, I looked into hiring a van and driving it all down to a local storage company. But then I came across Cinch, who offered to collect and load it all for free. Major relief. They arrived, and couldn't have been more helpful, in and out within an hour! Brilliant service! When I get back from my travels, they will return all my furniture. Really happy I found Cinch!

I was recommended Cinch through a family friend who spoke very highly of the company and the internal team. I was throughly impressed with the efficiency of the service and how helpful each member of staff were from the moment I placed the call to the pick-up & transportation of my goods and the on-going storage service provided.I think I threw them in the deep end with the amount of glass I required moving (always hear a gulp on the other end when you mention there is a lot of glass to me moved to these types of businesses!!) but they handled it superbly well.Very professional. Would highly recommend.
